The only GF option is the plain edamame.
Spinach noodles contain wheat.
Their broth doesn’t have gluten

I am so happy to have found a gluten free ramen. And one that is good! The menu has the gluten free noodles listed but not the ramen broth. You just have to ask for it. It comes with a poached egg instead of the non gluten free ramen egg. I expected a light broth with not a lot of flavor but it was thick and flavorful. I loved it. They said it would take a little longer to make the gf order. We probably waited 15-20 minutes for our food. We will be going back.
They have a gluten free noodle with a great texture and a tasty soy sauce-free broth option

There are som bad reviews on here which is very confusing to me. I've been several times and they have their GF service down to a science. They cook the GF ramen separately, offer a poached egg instead of the normal ramen egg that is not GF, and have a GF broth. Make sure you specify you are gluten free when ordering!
I used to go here 2 times a week and it was excellent. They since have made their vegan ramen broth not gluten free, which means there's not a single thing you can order if you're both vegetarian and GF. Bummer :(

Beware!!! I ordered Gluten Free noodles and have eaten here 3 times before....and told my dishes were gluten free!!! (I didn't get sick other times so perhaps they can make them gluten free) They are not-only the noodles. Only after asking about the delicious eggs was I told they were soaked in soy sauce-I said gluten free right? Nope-server said only noodles and nothing else was gluten free!!! I am so sick it's not funny-never ever again!!! Celiacs Beware!!!
