I promise you will never meet more passionate owners of a restaurant than at Tak-os in Wrocław. Newly opened, this taqueria offering traditional Mexican cuisine is a true labour of love. The owners have carefully considered everything from growing and milling their own corn (so they know it is gf) for the tortillas to choosing art that represents the best of Mexican culture. I asked all the usual gluten-free questions including questions about cross-contamination and was reassured. Please do check when ordering as things may shift as they grow the business! They mentioned they might start offering tortas or flour tortillas. The tacos were some of the best I have had in Europe. This is a real gluten-free gem!
