This is the best sushi in CDA. They have a lot of GF options, and my highly sensitive celiac friend ate here with no issues while visiting. They have tamari containers marked and are willing to pour from the bottle if you are concerned. We come here for 3/4 of our date nights. (Some of the photos aren’t GF rolls, they don’t have GF tempura - just sharing a few images. :) )
