I feel like fine dining is either hit or miss. You either get told to get lost with no substitutions or they will send out the chef to go over their allergy precautions. Taksim was incredible, they have homemade gluten free manti (which is like Turkish raviolis for those who don’t know), gluten free pita and a variety of other dishes. I got the duck and the dips trio as appetizers. I was so impressed. They were great with all my allergies and assured me that would disinfect and switch gloves prior to making my meal. Also the wine list is incredible and there are plenty of gf cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Really nice spot for a fancy dinner.
Adendum: I have gone multiple times and never gotten sick, also this time they said any main could be made gluten free and they even made me gluten free tabouli with quinoa. They continue to dazzle and take allergies seriously
