Went here because of the good reviews, but my daughter got sick. When we asked our server about cross contact she just reiterated what's gluten free is marked in the menu. Did not feel confident that it was safe.

Fiance and I both have celiac and neither of us got sick after eating here. Food was really good, waitress know what celiac was and made a note to the kitchen. They even had gluten free dessert.

It was amazing. Delicious food. The food that was GF was marked and all the servers were very helpful and kind. If you are in the Nags Head area- it’s a very good place to eat if you are GF

We've done take out twice and both times my celiac husband didn't get sick at all. The GF items are marked on the menu with an *. He's gotten crab legs, shrimp, scallops, mashed potatoes, green beans. We love the food here!! Definitely a must while in OBX and if you have Celiac.

My 10 year old daughter has celiac. She got the broiled crab cakes, mashed potatoes and green beans. She loved it and did not get sick! They were very knowledgeable over the phone for our take out order and did a fantastic job.

Food was excellent. Server was knowledgable. Honestly was the best gf meal ive had out in a long time. I also have a dairy allergy and they were accommodating of that as well. Very flavorful mahi, asparagus & green beans. Lots of gf options they were appealing.

Delicious food. The menu is clearly labeled. My husband ate a seafood pasta that was not gf and said it was the best meal of his life. I loved the shrimp with a a cilantro lime sauce and filet mignon. I’m a celiac and I was so happy with my experience. Will be back ASAP.

We had one of the best meals of my life last night here. We were celebrating our anniversary and the manager, Dan, was very accommodating to my gluten and soy allergy. We had the peel shrimp for app, I had the 3 Combo for my Meal with Crab, Flounder, and a CRAB CAKE! It was purely crab! I havent had a crab cake in years! I did not get sick at all and loved every bite. My husband had a filet mignon that melted in your mouth, that was made gf and his shrimp that was gf and soy free too. I couldnt eat the mashed potatoes because of soy but I had a baked potato but I was so full I could barely eat it. They were so sweet and gave us a split of champagne. for our anniversary! I would highly recommend this place, get a seat by the window away from the big parties and ask for Hannah as a waitress she was very nice.

A lot of gluten free menu items. I had Mahi Oscar. Nice light hollandaise sauce. Everything is made with potato flour. They even have gluten free crab cakes. Yummy. I cant wait to go back. Early bird was 20% off! A ton of good, even leftovers for the next day.

What a wonderful meal! So many gluten free options! Bit of a higher end place. I had the swordfish & flounder. They also have an orange hard cider that I thought was good.

I ate here last night with my family and boyfriend. We all enjoyed our meals. My mom and I split the fish duo. We got flounder, halibut, crab meat, lemon dill sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans. All of which were amazing. I also had a virgin pina colada. The service was quick. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable of allergies and extremely accommodating!! Items are marked gluten free on the menu and the food was very delicious. We had a huge party and food came out pretty quickly:)

Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I could/couldn’t have. The menu was also clearly marked. I’m vegetarian and gf, so I mainly stuck to veggie-based sides and a side salad, but it was all really good. My non-gf seafood eating husband loved his food too. Would highly recommend!

I ate the seafood teriyaki kabob special they had and they said was Gluten Free. They do not have a separate preparation area or fryer. The food was delicious, but I have Celiac disease and reacted to the food, so there must've been cross-contamination. Great service and the waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about what was gluten free and not. I would recommend this place for anyone with gluten sensitivity, but if you have Celiac disease i would go somewhere else.

This place is amazing!! Menu is clear, staff understands what gluten free means and atmosphere is super. I'm severe celiac and no issues minus being full from an amazing dinner!!!

Not used to seeing so many GFree options on a menu. Staff very helpful. Food is far above average as well. The only negative is this is a seasonal restaurant- meaning they close at the end of Oct and don't open again until April. Enjoy one of the best while you can...

Great view. Great service - our waitress even checked if the virgin Pina Colada was gluten free. The food was delicious. So many gluten free options listed on their regular menu. Even gluten free desserts! Very sensitive Celiac daughter enjoyed EVERY bite and had no reaction. She shared with me a shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, the seafood duo (flounder and mahi) and finally creme brûlée.

We were there in Sept and our meals were a very generous size. The waitress made every effort to make sure my items were gluten free. Beautiful view as well! we go back every year!

The menu is clearly marked with "GF" icons to denote all of the gluten-free options. The manager and wait staff were both aware and attentive to our needs pertaining to our party member who has Celiac. They also offered that they do not use a dedicated fryer for French fries so those were not an option for our diner with CD.

My rating of 2 stars is based on the quality of food. There are many seafood options as well as a good sampling of items for those who aren't seafood lovers. I was in a party of 10 and the general assessment of the food from all of the adult diners was that this is a restaurant that can be skipped. The only positive among the diners in our party was the steak. It was tasty, juicy an seasoned well. The same cannot be said for the vegetarian dish, the chicken, the ribs, or the broiled flounder.
