I was very surprised and pleased to find that this small local diner had actual gluten-free bread as opposed to the same generic gluten-free rolls I’ve found elsewhere. I never expected to be able to have my favorite grilled cheese tomato and bacon sandwich now that I’ve discovered my gluten sensitivity. When I found out that any sandwich could be made gluten-free and that they had gluten free French toast as well as home fries that are made on a separate part of the grill, I was so excited. My sandwich was delicious, and they have quite a sandwich menu which means I can go back and have just about any sandwich I want without getting sick. It’s clean and the staff is so friendly.
