Was so excited to go here because most of the menu was listed as “gluten free.” When we arrived, I was sad to hear that almost all of them had definite cross contamination as they are cooked in the same fryer with other gluten containing foods. In the end I got the curry and sticky rice which were both very yummy. I did not get sick. I wish people wouldn’t label everything as gluten free :c
Menu labels what is GF, and their host sent me the following response when I asked if the GF foods are celiac-friendly: Some of our dishes are safe for someone with celiac such as those that are able to be prepared in a separate steamer or sauté pan e.g. vegetarian spring rolls and pho. Other dishes including those that require the use of the fryer are not guaranteed to be free from cross contamination. If you let your server know of this requirement they will be able to inform you of which dishes are suitable and will let the kitchen know as well.
