Staff were friendly but not exactly clear on gluten free - at first they assumed I could not eat fish sauce, but after they had consulted with the kitchen we established that I could order the caramel pork with shrimp and beef with betel beef. The caramel pork was great!

Michelin 2023 - staff very aware of coeliac and many English speaking staff.

Had one of the best meals in Hanoi, traditional Vietnamese food with so much to offer on the menu.

I had to ask about gluten free but they let me know what had and they were able to put the soy sauce on the side.
