Absolutely delicious. Took my family from out of town and everyone loved it. Everyone had the Tamales, I also had a great sangria

Awesome place with delicious food. They are a little confused about use of the term “everything is gluten free” as a few things are not. They do have flour tortillas available and their churros are not gf. Pretty comfortable with their knowledge / understanding of checking about gf and ate here without any issues. Will be back!

One of my favorite places in town and it’s ALL GLUTEN FREE!

They do have tortillas for the tacos that contain gluten, but that is made clear I’m front and they are completely separate from everything else to avoid cross contamination.

Most importantly, for me at least, is they are one of the very few places that have gluten free mole sauce, which I have missed dearly since going on a celiac diet.

Everyone involved is knowledgeable and helpful and one of the best teams and owners you could ask for. Shout out to Natalie who is beyond wonderful! :)

Also their food is amazing ! So happy one of my favorite restwrints is GF!

Before they changed location I went several times and the food was delicious and always gluten free (tested by Nima). We had dinner tonight and when I tested my food with my Nima Sensor it found gluten. I ordered Chicken Tacos. The service was excellent as always and the personal has knowledgeable what is Celiac Disease.

My favorite GF place to eat!! I'm allergic to wheat, and ALL of their food is completely gluten free. They just opened up a to go spot in Altamonte (Tamale Co 2-Go) and they have a ton of non-tamale options such as tacos, fries covered in steak/pico/fried egg, taquitos, chips and salsa/queso, etc. So blessed to have found this restaurant, I always feel safe eating here!!

The only Orlando Food Truck I feel completely safe. I've never had better tamales. The owners and staff are so friendly, too.

Best and safest GF food truck in Orlando. Tamales are top-notch, authentic, and full of flavor. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable about celiac and the whole menu is 100% GF. DF diners don't miss out on much because there are plenty of safe options including a vegan tamale. Full review: http://www.glutenfreedairyfreereviews.com/2016/01/tamale-co-food-truck-review.html

Visited this truck at a food truck event in Orlando (Tasty Tuesday's in the Milk District). I will definitely try them again and order something different, I was a little underwhelmed with the tamales and sides I ate that evening, (they have really high ratings on Yelp so maybe it was an off night?). Beans were good, the chicken in the tamales seemed a little dry and the rice wasn't seasoned enough. I think they may have a different menu/setup for this event. The tamales I really wanted to try weren't on the list. (Instead of a-la-carte ordering it was two specific tamales from a list and it came with rice and beans automatically for $11). It was pretty good, but not as great as I expected based on their online Yelp reviews. I would try it again, but order something different next time. It's a nice option to have knowing the entire truck is GF (listed right on the truck and on their website).
