All gluten free items are made in the morning prior to the gluten containing items. Nothing is labeled gluten free. There is a sign that says "ask about gluten free items". The gluten free items are usual on the wooden display plates at the counter but of course ask. Bakery is delicious!!! Staff was very careful about cross-contact when serving us.
GF items are made first thing before others, very knowledgeable staff, excellent food & drinks!
The chef here makes their gluten free bakery items first thing in the morning (before the rest of the food with flour etc). They don’t label their gf items so that they sell like everything else but they have a lot, so just ask. They’re all kept safely separate, and are so delicious. Their drinks are also great, they have so many flavored syrups, and I love their matcha chai.
