Review of Tanaka ramen

The staff doesn’t seem to have a good idea of gluten free. Their menu states that you can make any ramen gluten free by swapping out the regular noodles for the gluten free ones. When I ate there the other night the waiter assured that what I ordered was completely safe. I went back today and ordered the same thing, and a different waiter told me that what I ordered has gluten in it and told me there’s only one broth that isn’t made with gluten. I won’t go back again. New Edit- I called them back again today to check if any of their broths are gluten free, and the person who answered the phone said none of them are.
