The menu online lists all the gluten free options out and is clean and simple to understand. It's a really small and welcoming place. The staff is really knowledgeable about gluten free. One of the chefs was even bartending which made finding gluten free even easier. I got the Memphis spicy fried chicken which definitely lived up to its spicy moniker but was well worth the few tears shed.
Yes
They have a well-marked menu with lots of gluten-free offerings, including fried chicken. The first time I went I got the spicy Memphis fried chicken and I took a gluten-digest pill (I often do just as a precautionary measure even if things are marked GF) and everything was fine. The second time I went I was overly optimistic (no pill) and there was definitely cross contamination. I got very, very ill. I suspect a shared fryer or perhaps just general kitchen cross contamination. I will go back, but I'll stick to other things on the menu. I dined with someone who has non-celiac gluten sensitivity and she was absolutely fine. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to those diners because the food is absolutely outstanding. Like I said, I will go back, but I'll be avoiding the fried chicken.
