I am a symptomatic celiac and didn’t get sick. They were so careful and knowledgeable. Hing, which often is mixed with wheat in the factory, is made in house so it has no gluten. The fryer is not gluten free but all except one of the curries are safe. The naan is made in a separate part of the kitchen. And it’s delicious!!!
