The menu is fully marked with items that contain gluten and are gluten free and the staff is very knowledgeable. The staff offered mini rice cakes as a bread substitute. Overall, they use more delicious flavors and spices than many restaurants in Montevideo. The main course was slightly over cooked but we arrived at the same time as many people so the kitchen was quite busy.
