Small but nice menu. Kate, my server, was super sweet and understood my gluten allergy. I had the chicken ramen with rice noodles and chicken katsu (breaded with rice coating). Both were delicious. The ramen was a touch spicy but I still enjoyed it immensely. It was filled with chicken, veggies, nuts and a rich broth. Enjoyed my experience and they seem well versed in gluten sensitivity. The chef even came out to chat with me about the oyster sauce for the katsu, which he said has trace amounts of gluten. Rarely do I meet a chef who cares enough to come explain something like this. I don’t have a severe allergy but for others, I know this could be make or break.
