We had an excellent experience at Tao. The menu is marked and the servers know what modifications need to be made in the kitchen. For instance, the chicken for the pad thai is marinated and must be left out. We had extra tofu and mushrooms instead and it was so flavorful. The fried rice was great too and wrapped in an egg.
