Review of Taos Cantina

The server was uninformed and agitated by my second round of questions, like, are the "safe" corn items fried in a shared fryer... Which they are. This is not a celiac friendly restaurant and if it is, the staff is so inadequately trained that you can't possibly gather enough information to feel safe eating here.
