This place is full of gluten, like any regular cafe, and is not close to ‘celiac friendly’. There’s no way anyone with celiac could eat here, but maybe people with mild gluten intolerance.

We went to Taos diner 2 after calling to make sure that they could accommodate my wife's food allergies, gluten, corn, soy. When we started to order the waitress came back and told us that the cook used soy oil to cook the eggs and was not willing to use anything else even though he had olive oil and butter. I had no problem with the wait staff but I have an issue with a restaurant that can accommodate food allergies and won't.

Many options on the menu are GF and clearly noted. Servers are friendly and knowledable about menu and ingredients. Eggs Benedict with Green Chili Garlic bread is addicting!
