We visited for dinner on a weeknight last week. I ordered the arugula prosciutto GF pizza after our Celiac server raved about the crust (and she was right!) She did mention that there is flour in the area for the regular pizzas, but said they’d clean everything for me beforehand and bake the pizza on its own pan/use GF pizza cutter. The pizza did take awhile to arrive, due to the extra work on their end, but was really good! No reaction afterward.
