Just so you know all this place has is burgers and fries and deep fried brussel sprouts (with bacon and blue cheese). We had this with some ciders on tap. This is primarily a self-serve place with a whole wall of taps for beer, wine, ciders, and seltzers. None of the beers are GF but they do also carry bottles of Red Bridge. They have a $2 up-charge GF (Udi’s) bun (we split it - see below for smash (cheese) burger pics and brussel sprouts we ate. The blueberry and regular ciders were awesome. The pear cider was okay but kinda watery. Happy hour is from 3-6 EVERY day so it was about 0.32 per ounce or so depending. You have to get a “card” loaded with at least $10 but it will credit you if you don’t use all $10. Food was good but greasy as it was smash burgers. They also have milk shakes but we did not get them. Someone said they are good. They also have pretzels, wings, and salads that are NOT GF. Closed Monday!
Had a great time here! The hostess' sister has celiac which put me at ease when ordering. I had a chicken burger on a gf bun. Fries need to be made in a clean fryer which they will do, but it mignt take 10-15 mins. Cider and wine options on tap. Gf milkshakes that are delish! When the fryer took upwards of 20 mins to change the oil out, they comped our fries just to be nice. Lovely people. I will be back!
I love Tap Society and have had a great experience each time I eat there! They have a dedicated GF fryer for their french fries and their gluten free bun is great! You place your order on a screen and have to tell a server that you need GF fries, but they are always happy to help. They have been knowledgeable every time I ask GF related questions and I have never gotten sick there. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great burger and fries!
Spoke with the manager and she was very knowledgeable about GF items and cross contamination. They get their GF buns from New York (they are amazing), and have a separate area to toast them. Also have a dedicated frier and French fries. Had a cheeseburger, fries, and cider - all GF and didn’t get sick after! Such a fun place! Celiac friendly.
