So wonderful to have dinner in a dedicated gluten free restaurant! The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed the back patio space! The food was delicious too! The only non-gf items were a couple of beers, clearly marked on the drink menu. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience, everything was so delicious. Still think about it months later lol. My celiac friend had no issues after, and almost cried tears of joy when she had the bread pudding haha. Was awesome everything was gluten free so we all got to share everything! 10/10

I’ve never had tapas before, but this place was great. Everything is gluten free. We got the hummus with bread (so good!), potatoes, goat cheese salad, bison carpaccio, chocolate and almond plate and crème brûlée. Everything was so good and I was comfortable eating everything. I wish I had time to go back here!

Tapas were fantastic, there were no bad choices. The whole menu is gluten free, but some beer does contain gluten. I would recommend the white bean hummus, the tortilla espanada, and the pan de chocolate (it sounds strange but tastes amazing).

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have celiac and never get to enjoy eating out. At tapateria I finally could. The workers were extremely nice. We tried so many dishes and everything was amazing. The dessert was desserts will delicious. Every single thing is gluten free! I’m so happy I found this place.

We really enjoyed everything except the tortilla espanola. Don’t skip dessert. There was a butterscotch pecan bread pudding special the night we were in and it was spectacular. Sangria was also very good. You shouldn’t skip this place, everything is gluten free- even garlic bread!

My family’s favorite gluten-free restaurant. The servers and management were attentive and knowledgeable about all of the Spanish bocados and tapas (small bites/plates). We had Marcona almonds, pan con ahi (garlic bread), verduras tower (grilled zucchini and peppers stuffed with goat cheese), tortilla espanola (like a potato frittata), mussels and chorizo, albondigas (meatballs), and bison carpaccio. All were amazing!

I dined at this restaurant on August 3 in the evening. The food was excellent but I had the worst waitress I have had in decades. She was rude and acted as though I was ignorant when I asked questions about the eclectic menu. I will return because the food was very good but if I am ever seated in her section I will ask for a different server. Her attitude and disrespect ruined what should have been an excellent dinner at a unique restaurant

Since I’m Celiac I researched a lot prior to visiting Colorado Springs and places that I could confidently eat.

The place was amazing and the food was phenomenal. Our server assured us that the whole place was gluten free and I ate with no issues at all. Food and service was great and if you end up eating there I highly recommend checking out their deserts as well.

This place was wonderful! The atmosphere was cozy and the food was absolutely incredible! In addition to my Celiac, I am also severely allergic to dairy, almonds, and nightshades, and I had no issues! Almost all sauces and dips come on the side, so it was easy to avoid my allergens. The entire establishment is gluten free, and I was happy to have zero celiac issues at all! Highly recommend!
