Review of Tapioca - Brazilian Food Costa Rica

We drove here from Tamarindo only because this restaurant is totally gluten free. Roads were bad (no surprise).

They make “sandwiches” with Tapioca flour. You can watch them make them on a grill on the counter.

We had the Cococabana, the Tamarindo, and the cheese bread, along with some cakepops.

I loved the cakepops. They also sell whole carrot cakes, which we did not try.

The food was very well prepared and the chef was accommodating. That said, the food was just not to my own taste, so I don’t know that we will return.
