NOT FOR FOLKS WITH GLUTEN ALLERGIES OR CELIAC. The menu indicates which items are "gluten free" but the staff was quick to state they cannot guarantee that they can keep food from being cross contaminated. Also, the staff does not generally know what having to be gluten free means. I asked if they can prepare the indicated items in their own pan, the staff stated they were too busy to accommodate. No dedicated gluten free fryer. He suggested the bangusilog, as it was "the most gluten free", which is what my friend and I came for anyway. The fish and eggs are pan fried, fish was well season and tasty. The garlic fried rice was bland. I had to ask the staff who delivered the plate of the pickles were gluten free, she just giggled and asked what would make it gluten free, so I asked her to ask someone about the ingredients. Turns out they are, but they just tasted like wet cucumbers, cannot taste the dressing at all. Overall, ok meal. Also, the staff kept telling me what Filipino food is, even after I told him that I am Filipino, then decided to jokingly ask if I’m not sick yet after a few bites. I had to tell him it was not a joke. Disappointed that they cannot accommodate, not sure would really go back if I can't eat most of the items on their menu.

Celiac friendly?
