Unfortunately, after speaking to the manager and also, the waiter, who both assured me that the shrimp would be cooked on a clean pan, my shrimp had specks of what appeared to be seasoning. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, he told me it was not seasoned, though the specks were from the grill, which means that cross contamination was a real concern. I was unable to eat the shrimp. Even though they claim to have gluten free options, a bit more training and understanding of cross contamination would be beneficial.
