Juan, the owner is very celiac friendly & aware! They go out of their way to ensure my food is safe, have GF chips and very knowledgeable about gluten. Taqueria Arandas serves authentic street food; and it amazing! This is my new favorite restaurant!
2017 update-I eat here frequently and I have never gotten sick. If the staff isn't helpful (English may not be their first language), ask for Juan or Carmen
