They have corn tortillas for tacos and are willing to change gloves, but aren’t knowledgeable about what is and isn’t gluten free. You have to ask the right questions. I had a mild reaction the first time and a full glutening the 2nd time, so there must be cross contamination or maybe something in the meat prep. Wouldn’t recommend for celiacs.
