Oh my - this place is everything.
The only source of gluten is in meat marinades, and this is clearly marked on the menu. This means that there are extremely low levels of gluten in the kitchen and the risk of cross contamination is low. Even the fryer is gluten free.
The food is amazing. Some of the best tacos I’ve had, and hands down the best churros me and me non-gf husband have had. I didn’t realize churros were supposed to be soft like that in the middle…
