Super fresh, simple Jordanian food. Had the Arabic salad (tomatoes and cucumber with lots of parsley on lettuce) Asked if they serve that with pita on the side, but no bread or pita goes near it. They give you a tzatziki-like sauce which gives the salad an extra-garlic oomph.

Since there might be some cross-contamination if you get meats or other salads, only 4 hearts—always ask! But I’m a very sensitive Celiac and had zero issues.
