Who knew Target would be a great GF resource? I gave up on the “60 frozen pizzas but only one expensive GF option” stores and looked here. They even have DiGiorno and California Pizza Kitchen GF pizzas! They have lots of Udi’s products including a large veggie lasagna! Not all of the GF items are together so look around but they have a much better variety than regular grocery stores. They have a large vegetable and fruit section with meats and dairy as well.Food is on the lower level.Forget “Schmakme”! I’m now coming here to shop.

Betrayed by this target - no GF bread to mop up my hangover!!! In all seriousness this is what you should expect from a Target on the strip, which is to say, it’s 70% booze and 30% bare bones necessities. Check online first if you have specific items you’re looking for.

They have gluten free prepared salads! Some have crutons, and I would make sure to read the ingredients as they are not certified GF. They have a big selection of dips and hummus, most of which are GF. I didn't go through the whole grocery section, but it seemed smaller than most Targets. They do have some gluten-free freezer meals, as well as the usual, albeit smaller than usual, selection of meat, vegetables, and other naturally GF foods.

I really wasn’t expecting anything gluten free from Targets but I found gluten free ice cream and pizza. Both there were reasonably priced.
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

Target seemed to be one of the few places to find some GF grocery basics while staying on the Vegas strip. They didn’t really end up having much labeled Gf but I managed to get some Gf cereal and almond milk and bananas.

Great for gluten-free or vegan shopping. I like how they created wellness icons on the price labels in store and online.
