One of the worst experiences of my life was eating here. The worst part is lack of attention to detail and it appeared no one cared about my allergy. I ordered the kabob plate and specifically asked for no pita and that I have a gluten allergy when ordering. The ticket had "no pita" on the receipt. So I thought, I'm in the clear. After waiting about 20 minutes (my mild hypoglycemia had turned into a severe case by these point) I finally got served. The kabob was sitting on a pita despite my specific instructions not to. I was livid. I explained to my server, I cannot eat this because I am severely allergic to gluten. She took the dish back and less that 5 minutes later I got what was supposedly a new dish. I thought that's weird. Have the baking laws of physics suddenly changed in this kitchen? Why did my first order take so long? But yet this one was so quick? I suspected that they just took the pita off and replated my same dish without the pita. They assured me that this was not the case. Admittedly I had my doubts. So I ate about half my plate when I discovered a soggy 1" piece of pita stuck to the bottom of one of the kabobs. I was furious yet wanted to cry from feeling so sick and frustrated. I was so disgusted by this restaurant's carelessness, deception and utter disregard for allergy sufferers. They apparently could care less about their customers needs or getting them sick. If you are an allergy sufferer, DO NOT go to this place. They will glutenate you with out blinking an eye even though ask them not to and then totally lie about it. They may have saved a few bucks in not having to totally remake a dish because of what was clearly their mistake, but they ABSOLUTELY have lost a customer for life. Do not trust this business.
