Review of Tarpon Bay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort

Went to date night here with my husband who is celiac and has anaphylactic tree nut allergy. Waiter was great - so attentive and cautious. Ceviche was great. Grouper and red snapper were outstanding.
