Just saw this completely gluten free restaurant. Didn't have a chance to check it as it was closed on the morning I was there.

Is there a gluten-free menu?

— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu

It’s supposed to be dedicated gluten free and we were so excited…until they brought us bread (after asking if we wanted gf bread) and I ate some. Then they brought out a different bread and announced it as the gf bread.

So this is NOT a dedicated gluten feee facility AT ALL and I’m looking forward to 3+ months of symptoms while I process this exposure.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

Lovely typical Spanish restaurant. GF certified!! Try the fideuá!! Owner has extensive training on CD!!
