This was a happy find thanks to FMGF. I was just looking for some takeaway dinner and this was perfect. The person who helped me was incredibly nice. I got a cheeseburger and fries. Enjoyed the GF bun. Fryer is dedicated GF. If I’d had more time, I would have gone back a second time to try the Francesshina (apologies for likely incorrect spelling).

Watch out for the condiments on the tables. I was told the ketchups on the tables were not GF, but the waiter brought me a cup of ketchup that I could take with me.

This restaurant was ok. Nothing amazing but it’s always great to have a safe place to eat. My husband had the francesinha and I had the meat stick. It was good and honest food but nothing amazing.

Delicious, great service, full gf menu!

Schönes kleines Restaurant mit eigenem Küchenbereich für glutenfreie Speisen. Wir hatten Glück, noch einen Platz zu bekommen, eine Reservierung ist sicher empfehlenswert. Das Personal kennt sich sehr gut mit glutenfreier Zubereitung aus. Ich hatte einen leckeren glutenfreien Wrap, sogar ein glutenfreies Bier wurde mir angeboten. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

What a wonderful meal! Our waiter was very attentive and immediately assured me that they could make a safe meal for someone with Celiac, mentioning a separate fryer without prompting. My husband and I shared a gluten free/vegetarian franchesina (a traditional Porto dish that neither of us thought we’d be able to have), and it was delicious! We also got a gluten free veggie burger which my husband said was delicious (I didn’t have room to try it after eating half of the franchesina). It seemed like a quiet, local place which we appreciated. We hope to be back before leaving Porto!

We found this place by accident but it was the best accident.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I ordered the francesinha which came with fries. Both dishes were delicious and could easily be shared by two people.

They even have gluten free beer. Quite small and only seats a dozen tables but we went at lunchtime and had no problems

Super friendly staff, got asked if there were any allergies as soon as we ordered.

Almost the whole menu is gluten free, wraps, burgers etc!

I had a burger and it was delicious. Also have gluten free beer.. even better.

Wow what a great place! Food is clearly labeled on the menu. We had the sausage starter and the gluten free lactose free Francesinha sandwich all of which was amazing. The had working staff was great with the food and wine and inside tips of Porto.
