Almost all the entrees on the menu are gluten free and it’s all SO GOOD. Obviously avoid anything fried and there are no GF options for sandwiches but the curries, jerk chicken and pork, pan-seared haddock are all excellent and all GF. One of my favorite places in Ellsworth, and another with a great outdoor space!

Great Jamaican food. All of the entrees are GF and come with GF rice, beans, and veg. Small restaurant, and all of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and careful. Food quality and flavor were superb. I have Celiac disease, very sensitive, and didn’t have any problems at all. Overall a great lunch!
There are a few tables outside the restaurant, plus a park with picnic tables just 1 block away.
