Both brother owners are very aware of what is gluten free. They will bake your popadom instead of fry it if you ask. They do not use hing in any of their lentil dishes. Just avoid anything fried, to include one of the okra dishes. Amazing food everytime we go, which is very often. Have never gotten sick.
