Most items are already gluten free. Food is actually really good, especially for Indian food way out in West Texas. They do not offer gluten free naan or roti bread. However, if they do have fried options, ask what it’s costed with. Most Indian food uses chickpea flour for the breading. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good meal.
