An older review mentioned the large GF bun, sadly they recently changed again to a traditional sliced gf bread. Daughter loved the bun, bread no so much. It is one she's willing to eat though, but sometimes they are out and she ends up just getting the meat.
There may be many more options, but because also dairy free, daughter typically just gets turkey with gf bread (and hopes the roll comes back). They have dairy free cheese (noted on menu) but daughter doesn't want that brand of df cheese on a sandwhich.
Staff seemed knowledgeable and said that it would be prepared in a dedicated space. Because they are typically busy and you order at a counter we haven't explored other options. Always highlight that it needs to be GF/DF.
The chips they sell (bagged) have many gf options.
