Review of Tasting Counter

It's a fixed price 10-course restaurant. I've been 3 times! With my wheat, dairy and tree nut allergies (plus pescatarian) they are able to deliver all 10-courses on par with those without restrictions. They prepare most of the food in front you (which is educational, entertaining, and reassuring from an allergy standpoint). Because it's a tasting menu, they ask you to be adventurous with what you CAN eat but are happy to accommodate what you can't.
