We waited in the long line stretching down the block for about an hour, all the while nervous of the cross contamination from the business and contemplating not ordering. Closer to the door I see options for soft serve vs hand scoop on a sandwich board. The flavors are listed with allergen info including wheat, but not gluten. This is encouraging so I formulate my contingency plans: if I walk in the door and see a crumb mess it’s soft serve for me, if I see lots of cross contamination I’ll just pass. I make it inside and am surprised to see gf chicken and fries on the menu. I feel a little better but stick to my plan. I can’t see the ice cream area so I decide to go with the soft serve. I ask about sundae toppings and the gal offers for me to read the ingredients to make sure I can have it. I mention eating gf and they light up and the man checking people out (who I think may be the owner or boss) starts sharing they source the best gf fries, have a dedicated fryer, have gf buns for their burgers, and gf ice cream cones. I ask about the cones and cross contamination. He and others smile and pipe up about their protocols they have and take it all very seriously! They say just tell them when ordering & they follow their protocols for cleaning, preparing separately, etc. So now as we’re all talking I feel the stress release and I know they are taking it all seriously and really care. The man asks us to spread the word, so here I am spreading the word! We told him we’d definitely be back to try out more options cuz by this time the kitchen is closed for the night. So I will definitely update later. But for now, I got a peanut butter sundae and it was delish!
Dedicated fryer only does fries and gf chicken strips. A great quick lunch stop for our celiac teen as we road tripped through today!

Staff were very friendly & helpful with gluten free options. Many gluten free options! Hard scoop ice cream options had details such as contains wheat, peanuts, soy. Definitely will be going back again. They even had some gluten free food options & gluten free cones!
I had the gf chicken strips and fries Staff was knowledgeable with cross contamination. The young woman who waited on me had a gluten allergy.
Dedicated deep fryer: excellent GF chicken strips & French fries, GF buns! Very knowledgeable about cross contamination issues.
