Review of Tatsu Ramen

The Host/Manager was super knowledgeable and explained that all the ramens but one could be made GF. Not just noodle replacement but they adjust broth and other ingredients too to ensure GF. I had the chicken ramen so far but will go back. Pretty good as far as GF ramen goes.

Only downside is the insane price. 5$ extra for GF and with tax and tip you’ll be paying 25$ for ramen
