I’ve never been more disappointed in a restaurant. For years Tatsu claimed “100% lab certified gluten free ramen” and followed good practices regarding staff training and cross contamination. Just last year their website was updated to specify that the $6 extra only gets you gluten free noodles… the protein and toppings (and possibly broth?) still have gluten. Super misleading, and tragic as this was the only “safe” place I could get authentic ramen
