Authentic Rajasthani Thal, 15+ gluten-free items, including panchmel dal, baati, breads, curries, snacks, desserts.

On safety—Gluten-free items including the Royal Rajasthani Gluten-free Thali are cooked separately, we use a small countertop fryer to deep-fry items that are part of gluten-free menu. We take as much precautions as we can but it is advisable for the guest to remind the server of their allergies and intolerances.
