There is literally only one single dish they can make specially for gluten free for coeliacs and it is a plain steak with asparagus.

I appreciate the staffs knowledge on allergens and willingness to help but with only one option available I would suggest all coeliacs avoid- most of the dishes are pre made and not able to be altered.
