Without a doubt the single best gluten free bakery I've ever been to. My gluten-eating boyfriend won't eat a lemon square from ANY other bakery (gluten or not) -- he swears by Tatz's and insists they must have some kind of gluten to taste so incredible. But they don't! THEY DON'T!
I'm trying to find out some way I can "intern" there or take on some kind of apprenticeship so I can learn their secrets. It's incredible what they do there -- I've never felt so "normal" since becoming celiac.
