Very good experience in the center of Lecce nearby the Duomo. It’s possible to order a typical GF Puccia (kind of flat sandwich from Puglia) with different fillings. They’re very cautious, giving you a different menu and confirming that tits GF when serving the plate. The Puccia comes along a special “bamboo stick” to reassure you. There’s also nice salads (with GF Puccia as side) Top location for coeliacs.

Restaurant with local “Pucia”, it is like sandwich with many fresh ingredients. There is option for GF base for Pucia for extra charge 2 euros. The staff was willing and kind. They have GF certification!
