Had lunch here. They do have gluten free buns where you can put on every topping accept the chicken which is premerinaded already. They know where they are talking about

I went to eat here for dinner on a Monday evening. I asked if the main vegetarian dish of that week (changes every week) was glutenfree, the kitchen employees did not know for sure. The waiter therefore helped me find another vegetarian and glutenfree option. In the end I had a vegetarian salad (the dressings are all glutenfree) with a few slices of glutenfree bread and a portion of glutenfree fries with mayonnaise. All was very delicious and I did not have any symptoms afterwards.
Glutenfree items are not marked on the menu but the menu explains that they offer various possibilities. Luckily the waiter was knowledgeable about eating glutenfree.

They have GF bread/buns. It is possible to have a tosti but it is made in the same machine as normal bread. They will clean it but for celiac it does not feel save. The GF bread allthough was nice and save prepared.
