Requested assistance from the manager with preparation of meal away from known cross contamination.( a clean pan on a stove as opposed to a flat top grill surface next to bread).. I was told that was impossible due to how the kitchen was set up. Further conversation indicated criss contamination was inevitable.
Cross contamination is a serious issue. No gluten free fryer. No separate area for preparing gluten free items.
