Tavern Pizza

My fiancé has celiacs and we went here for a game night that is hosted here regularly. We ordered the gf crust white pizza and alerted the server. He said they are baked in the same oven but do not get cooked on the same surface. Said they would change gloves etc. my fiancé is not highly reactive (cross contamination particles) so it’s hard to say if it’s safe for other celiacs. She did not get glutened. Pizza tasted good but was a little chewy/spongy
