I had the grilled calamari and grilled shrimp with rice with no issues. I was a bit nervous as they didn't seem very confident on gluten free, but they told me most of the grilled food is safe and they use olive oil/butter mostly. So my suggestion is to keep mentioning what you can't have and that it's a serious "allergy" so you can't have any cross contact. I'm very sensitive and didn't get sick, but I would still move with some caution in ordering. It was DELICIOUS, the best Greek I've ever had. Most people in Astoria will agree!
