This is a new Greek restaurant in Wilmette. The menu lists things that are either gluten-free or can be gluten-free. Everybody enjoyed their food. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and so I always start by telling the server that I have Celiac Disease, of course. This time, the server, Alex, said, “oh, me too! I was diagnosed three years ago. How about you?” so that was very helpful. He recommended the beet salad in particular which was wonderful. I also had the dolmades. My dining companions had the fish, which they said was perfectly prepared. The service was slow and it was very loud but if you’re in the mood for Greek, it can be a safe choice.
